Our services can be requested through the Faculty of Engineering Technical Services Core, using the iLab software.

How to request services

To request services from our technical services group you will first need to sign-up with iLab.

• If you are having issues accessing iLab please contact iLab support at mtrp-booking@monash.edu

Once you are registered in iLab you can access our Core at https://monash.ilab.agilent.com.

Training materials for the use of the Core are available to relevant staff and other users. You will find guidance on how to use the system and progress jobs:

• Training slides for staff on how to use the iLab core
• A folder containing training videos in three parts: Introduction; Registration and Groups Management and  Using the Faculty Technical Services Core
• A “Getting Help” guide.

Charges

For information about charges that apply to technical services follow this link (restricted access to Monash only). Jobs are quoted through the iLab system. External users can submit a request or contact us.
