Future Healthcare presents at WHO
Associate Professor Leah Heiss presented a keynote at WHO headquarters in Geneva in September 2022 alongside EDHEC’s Olga Kokshagina and Mathan Ratinam from the Victorian Public Service, Premier and Cabinet.
In her keynote she discussed Future Healthcare as a mechanism to bring together interdisciplinary expertise to address global healthcare challenges. Since February 2022 Heiss has been leading a team within the Design Health Collab in an ambitious collaboration with the World Health Organisation (WHO), Geneva, focusing on using co-design and systems design approaches to understand challenges to the development, uptake and ultimately impact of WHO guidelines and technical products.
