- Return economy flights to New York City from Melbourne only. The estimated program dates are 5 - 17 July 2026.
- Student accommodation for 8-10 nights
- Airport Transfer to and from hotel
- Metropolitan Transit Authority Travel Card (subway card) for use on New York City public transportation
- Insurance (travel and medical)

Whilst some lunches will be catered by alumni hosts, you will need appropriate spending money for other meals and any travel costs you may incur each day. We recommend budgeting $100 - $150 USD per day.
What are the costs and details for students residing outside of Melbourne?
- Flights to New York City will depart from Melbourne International Airport only, and all participating students must depart from New York City to Melbourne on their scheduled flights.
- Students located outside of Melbourne will be required to fly to and from Melbourne International airport at their own expense.
- Amendments to the itinerary cannot be made unless by exceptional circumstance and approved by the External Engagement team.
- Students studying at a campus outside of Australia are required to organise and pay for their own travel insurance that will be reimbursed by the University.
- Additionally, any visa and passport related costs of successful participants are required to be covered at your own expense.
