STAR Clinician Fellowship supported by the CRE-ICU

Congratulations to early career researcher Dr Toby Jeffcote, who has been awarded a STAR Clinician Fellowship to undertake health services research to improve outcomes for patients with moderate to severe traumatic brain injury. Monash Partners STAR Clinician Fellowship is supported by the CRE-ICU, and aims to support health service research in ICU settings. Says Toby, "Moderate to severe traumatic brain injury is a devastating disease with profoundly negative impacts on patients, families and the wider community. Our project aims to embed prospective research, quality improvement and clinical innovation into a cohesive health system research project which delivers better outcomes for patients."
