Aaron Larson

Research Scientist

Aaron completed a Bachelor of Science (Chemistry) and a Bachelor of Biomedical Science at Monash University. He specialises in developing powder-based formulations for oral and respiratory delivery, including encapsulation, tableting, pharmacopeial testing, and analytical characterisation. Aaron has assisted many clients with innovative solutions to powder-based formulations, from spray drying, blending, and excipient compatibility to powder tableting, dissolution studies, and powder characterisation techniques, including DSC and Karl Fischer. Beyond the bench, Aaron coordinates with the team to develop content for the MMIC website, updating our platform with our latest services, capabilities, and events.

Aaron is now developing specialised skills that are invaluable to the MMIC’s capabilities. In recognising the value of workforce development, Aaron actively participates as a mentor in the MMIC internship programs.
