Caterina has more than 25 years of experience in the Pharmaceutical Industry and currently hold the role of Head of Global Plasma Formulation Development at CSL Behring, Australia.

Caterina began her career as a scientist in vaccine development and progressed through a range of roles, including preclinical toxicology projects, project and portfolio management lead ANZ, technical transfer manager, and drug product development lead. I have held roles of varying responsibilities at CSL Animal health, Pfizer Animal Health, Starpharma and now CSL Behring.She is passionate about engaging and motivating students in the studies of STEM and lead a successful 10- year educational program, with the Gene Technology Access Centre (GTAC), facilitating scientific mentorship of students in the Protein Structure, Function and Specificity unit of VCE Biology.

Caterina holds a BSc (Hons) from the University of Melbourne and an MSc in Immunology from RMIT.
