Paul McDonald has over 25 years of experience in the Global Pharmaceutical Industry and is currently CEO of IDT Australia. He has an executive MBA with Monash Business School and a degree in Chemical Science from Deakin University (Geelong, Australia).

Paul began his career in the mid 1990's, commencing with Melford Laboratories in Suffolk, United Kingdom specialising in small scale high value, fluorinated aromatic molecules, then 4 years within the laboratories at Sigma Australia before joining the Pfizer Melbourne (formerly Mayne Pharma) in 2001. Prior to joining IDT as  Head of Quality and Development, Paul was Director Global Parenteral Product Development Australia within the Pfizer Medicinal Sciences division. Active roles in Research, Product Development with leadership roles Business Development and Research & Development during the current tenure.
