Rebecca's policy expertise extend across the biotechnology, medical technologies and pharmaceuticals sector with a strong focus on supporting and growing manufacturing in Victoria.
Rebecca has a background in policy and communications within Government, and research sectors, including as the Director of Communications and International Networks at the former national biotechnology centre of excellence – the Australian Stem Cell Centre, and more recently at the academic think tank the Australian Council of Learned Academies.
Rebecca holds a Bachelor of Science (Biology) from Murdoch University and a Graduate Certificate in Public Policy and Management from Monash University.
