Dr Shadab Haque is our expert in formulation development of therapeutic peptides and proteins for intravenous, oral, intranasal and inhalation delivery and has extensive experience in developing both immediate and controlled release formulations of peptides, proteins and small molecule drugs.

Shadab has over ten years of research experience working in Australia and India. Prior to his current role, he was a research fellow at the ARC Center of Excellence in Convergent Bio-Nano Science & Technology, where he worked on lipid-based DNA and RNA delivery systems, and a research fellow at Lonza Pharma Biotech and Nutrition, where he developed novel lipid formulations of peptides, and its lipophilic salts for oral delivery. During Shadab’s PhD studies at the Monash Institute of Pharmaceutical Science (MIPS), he received several notable awards and accolades for his research and was invited to attend many international and national conferences to present his work. He was one of the three recipients of the prestigious “Victoria India Doctoral Scholarship’’, and his thesis was ranked in the top 1-5% band in the field by Monash University.
