Megan Faith

Research Scientist
Megan is a Monash University alumna and scholarship recipient from the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences. She completed her honours in Antimicrobial Pharmacokinetics and Pharmacodynamics, developing critical thinking, analytical, and research skills, with a focus on aseptic preparation and microbiology techniques.
Megan works as a Research Officer at The Medicines Manufacturing Innovation Centre (MMIC), where she is involved in client-facing projects, conducting research and administrative tasks to drive research outcomes. Her expertise includes analytical testing, pre-formulation studies and sterile sample preparation. Prior to her current role, Megan gained valuable experience as a Technical Assistant at CSIRO and Pharmacy Technician at Monash Health and The Royal Children’s Hospital. Beyond her research, Megan is committed to promoting the importance of STEM-based research to the next generation, particularly in her home country, Indonesia, where awareness of research is still in its infancy.
