Program cancellation or postponement
A full refund will be issued if a short course is cancelled by the Monash mRNA Workforce Training Centre. The Centre will endeavour to provide as much advance notice as possible to enrolled participants, however, cancellation may occur less than one week prior to planned delivery dates. Short courses may be cancelled for any reason, including insufficient enrolments. In emergency situations, such as last minute unavailability or incapacitation of the facilitator, the Centre may cancel a program on short notice. If the Monash mRNA Workforce Training Centre postpones a short course for any reason, enrolled participants may choose to remain enrolled in the program for the revised date/s or choose not to remain enrolled, after which a full refund will be offered.
Please note, if a short course is cancelled, the Centre is not responsible for any other fees incurred or paid by the participant to attend the training, for example, accommodation, travel, etc.
