Accommodation

At Monash, we foster a sense of community among our students.

Community means safety, friendship, support and wellbeing. A vital part of preparing yourself for a life of learning, innovation and exploration is the opportunity to meet and learn from one another.

Where you’ll live is one of the more important decisions you’ll make at university. From halls of residence or self-contained studio apartments on-campus, to tips for renting your own place, we’re here to help.

  • Self-contained studio apartments - It's a bit like living in a luxury hotel filled with people you really want to talk to and people who want you to be safe, happy and productive.
  • Shared flats and houses - If you have friends you want to share a space with, and yet still live at university, or you feel a smaller community would suit you, then shared flats and houses are the answer.
