Rodent lines
Generation of rodent lines with the following mutations :
- Knockout (KO) - indel frame-shift or exon deletion
- Point Mutation (PM) or Epitope tag
- Knockin (KI) - insertion of gene (mice only)
- Conditional KO (CKO) - incorporating loxP sites (mice only)
These mutations can be achieved in one of several ways:
Please Note: Description of all services involving mouse production are based on use of the C57BL/6J strain.
Other strains may be available but may incur a surcharge, please enquire.
Mutant Cell Lines
Production of a knockout (KO), knockin (KI), point (PM) or conditional knockout (CKO) mutation in a cell line. This can be achieved in one of several ways:
