The Monash Genomics and Bioinformatics Platform provides end-to-end service from sample handling and preparation to data delivery, bioinformatic analysis and reporting.

Our standard services include:

    We also work hand-in-hand with a number of co-located partner facilities in the Monash Technology Research Platforms to facilitate up- and down-stream services for cell and tissue processing, DNA and RNA extraction, proteomics, microscopic imaging, data analysis, data handling and storage, and more.
