The Monash Genomics and Bioinformatics Platform is a state-of-the-art research platform that combines the resources of two world-class facilities: the Monash Bioinformatics Platform and The Monash University Sequencing Facility - Micromon. This platform provides a comprehensive suite of bioinformatics and genomics services to support research across a wide range of fields, including biology, medicine, ecology, and environmental science.

The Bioinformatics Node (formerly The Monash Bioinformatics Platform) of the Monash Genomics and Bioinformatics Platform have expertise in cutting-edge computational techniques in areas such as genomics, proteomics and structural biology.
Genomics
The Genomics Node (formerly Micromon Genomics) of the Monash Genomics and Bioinformatics Platform is a specialist facility offering expertise in advanced DNA and RNA technologies, single-cell multiomics, and spatially resolved multi-omics.
