Monash Micro Imaging (MMI) operates across three advanced microscopy facilities located at Clayton, ARA, and MHTP. Each facility is equipped with a unique range of cutting-edge microscopes and software tailored to diverse research needs.
Our instrumentation is sourced from leading global manufacturers, including Leica, Zeiss, Olympus, Nikon, Abberior, Miltenyi Biotec, and Intelligent Imaging Innovations.
We offer a broad range of imaging capabilities across our sites, including:
- Widefield fluorescence microscopy

- Deconvolution and lightsheet microscopy

Image analysis is supported by powerful software platforms including ImageJ/FIJI, Metamorph, CellSens, NIS Elements, SymPhoTime, Imaris, Huygens, and CellProfiler.
