Australians' experiences with public services

Researchers in the School of Social Sciences - with collaborators at other schools and universities - are working with Australian public services on a number of interdisciplinary mixed-method projects. These studies aim to understand Australian's use, experiences, and perceptions of public services - services central to the lives of many: they provide welfare and healthcare systems, support education and employment, run systems of taxation, and monitor international travel.
