Research projects

Researchers in the School of Social Sciences (with collaborators at other schools and universities) are working with Australian public services on a number of interdisciplinary and mixed-method projects. These studies aim to understand Australian's use, experiences, and perceptions of public services - services central to the lives of many: they provide welfare systems, support education and employment, run systems of taxation, and monitor international travel.
