Floor Plan
32 Exhibition Walk (Building 50) comprises the Monash Club (coloured section of floor plan) which is open to Monash staff, Higher Degree Research (HDR) candidates, previous staff, alumni and their guests, as well as a café (C.O.S.C.) which is open to staff, students and the wider community.

Spends and spaces
Please note that from 02/03/2026, the minimum spend for our meeting rooms will increase for the first time in over ten years. The new minimum is $75 per hour for a single meeting room and $150 per hour for a double meeting room. This adjustment allows us to continue providing the high level of service, amenities, and overall experience you’ve come to expect from us. Below is the updated minimum spend document.
