Home
Working from home is just one of the ways we offer our staff flexibility. We have put together some general resources to help teams get the most out of hybrid working and better understand all the ways we Flex at Monash.
Guiding principles
We are a community that comes together to share ideas, create solutions, connect people, innovate, solve problems and create a better world — and we do that best when our campuses, facilities and workplaces are lively with staff and students.
How we Flex at Monash
Monash continues to make the 3:2 hybrid model available to our professional staff (fixed-term and ongoing), where their supervisor determines this can be accommodated within the requirements of their role.
Managing hybrid teams — striking the right balance
We are asking supervisors to work with their teams to find the right balance — between ensuring University services and operational needs are delivered, and the individual staff member’s flexibility expectations — and to work together to find suitable ways to make hybrid work successful for the University and staff.
Staying connected
Accessing IT systems and collaborative tools wherever you are working.
