Breakfast ideas for students during exams 🤔
Choosing the right breakfast food can help you feel fuller for longer and keep your body fueled, which is important if you're sitting a three hour long exam.
Aim to fill half your plate with fruits and vegetables, a quarter with protein foods and a quarter with wholegrains. To make things easier on busy mornings, meal prep is your best friend! Breakfast foods like overnight oats, boiled eggs and yoghurt parfaits can be prepared ahead of time for easy meals on the go.
Some healthy and easy breakfast options include: ✅Porridge with fresh fruit
✅Wholegrain toast with eggs and avocado
✅Fresh fruit, yoghurt and muesli ✅Wholegrain cereals with reduced fat milk ✅Vegetable Frittata
