Shiv Nadar University

Shiv Nadar Institute of Eminence (SNIoE), and Monash University have established a new 3.5 + 2 Credit Transfer program, allowing eligible SNIoE students to complete seven semesters of SNIoE’s Bachelor of Technology in Computer Science and Engineering to transfer directly into one of the following Masters programs at Monash University:
- Master of Artificial Intelligence
- Master of Data Science
- Master of Cybersecurity
During their first year at Monash, students will complete selected specialised units tailored to their chosen field. These units fulfill the final capstone requirement for SNIoE’s BTech program, seamlessly launching students into postgraduate IT degrees at Monash.

The 3.5 + 2 Master of Bioinformatics transfer program allows eligible students to transfer seamlessly from SNIoE’s B.Sc. (Research) Biotechnology after seven semesters at SNU into a specialised postgraduate Bioinformatics degree at Monash University.

SNIoE students complete two specialised units in the first semester and winter semester of their Master degree at Monash, offering them the opportunity to gain hands-on experience through laboratory-based research projects mentored by career researchers. These specific units enable students to complete their capstone unit requirement at Monash and stay on to complete their postgraduate studies at Monash.
