How to apply

To apply, you will need:

You can apply online using the Monash Online Application.

After submitting an application

An assessment usually takes 1 to 3 weeks.

If successful, you will receive a Full Offer or a Conditional Offer via email.

If we are not able to make you a full offer immediately, you may receive a conditional offer. A conditional offer means you must submit more information before we can send you a full offer. Usually, the information we need is final results, the results of an English exam, or transcripts.

If you are not successful for your first course preference, we will assess you for the next preference on your application form, or for a pathway program through Monash College.

Application checklist

  1. Individual semester wise mark-sheets Year 10 onwards till highest qualification
  2. In instance where institution has issued consolidated results please arrange - Backlog Summary / No backlog letter
  3. Grading Scale
  4. Provisional /Final Degree Certificate
  5. Work Experience Documents (if applicable)
  6. Up-to-date CV (if last qualification was more than 6 months old)
  7. Statement of Purpose (Written by Student)
  8. Explanation of Gaps (if any, with evidence)
  9. Acceptable English Language scores as per course requirement
  10. $100 applicant fee (or a waiver code)

Undergraduate programs

Monash University accepts year 12 qualifications from various International curriculum & following Indian curriculum: CBSE, ISC & Four approved Sate Boards- Maharashtra, Tamil Nadu, Karnataka & West Bengal.

Students with year 12 from any other Indian Board not listed above should consider starting at Monash College.

Score calculations Based on the total score achieved for all subjects. Based on the score of a maximum of three A Level subjects taken in one academic year, an AS level subject is considered Half an A Level.
