Financial support

Monash University offer a range of supports and opportunities to facilitate your success that are coordinated by the William Cooper Institute.

Use Monash Course Finder to find specific fee information for individual courses. If you need temporary assistance with study costs, such as books, please contact us.

Alternatively, you can apply for a student loan or emergency grant through Monash Student Financial Aid.

All students should look into obtaining an Abstudy allowance. Full-time Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander students can apply for Abstudy. If you are studying part-time, have an income or assets, then you may not be eligible.

We can assist with Abstudy applications. For further information visit the Abstudy website.

For students who don't meet the Abstudy criteria, other student loan schemes are available to help with the costs of courses.
