Monash Infrastructure's Industry Advisory Council meets

Monash Infrastructure convened the first meeting of its Industry Advisory Council on 3 March 2017 in Melbourne.

Director of Monash Infrastructure, Professor Ana Deletic, said the Council links Monash University's extensive pool of academic resources and the infrastructure sector.

"The link between the Industry Advisory Council and Monash academics is essential to Monash Infrastructure's mission to achieve impact for society and industry through researching infrastructure issues and finding new and better ways to build and use infrastructure", Professor Deletic said.

The Industry Advisory Council is chaired by Michel Masson, CEO of Infrastructure Victoria.  The Council's membership includes an additional eight members from business and government in the infrastructure sector. Read more about the Industry Advisory Council.

The Councillors' advice from the inaugural meeting is being used to shape Monash Infrastructure's research opportunity pipeline in 2017 and 2018. The next meeting will be convened in approximately six months. Monash Infrastructure thanks the Councillors for their time and valuable advice.
