Cards carousel
The Cards Carousel consists of up to 15 separate cards (slides) that can be used to promote related content. Up to 3 cards will be displayed at once and the user will have the ability to navigate between the cards using the navigation arrows on either side of the carousel.
What you can configure
For each slide you are able to edit the following fields:
| Link (Internal) | Use the asset picker to link to another page or an uploaded document. |
| Link (Anchor / External) | You can enter a link to an external site or resource. This is defined as a proper link starting with http or https and it will override the internal link if set. |
| Heading | Enter some text to display on the slide. This field is required and if left empty the slide will not be displayed. |
| Description | Enter a description. This will appear under the heading and is limited to 250 characters. |
| Tag | Enter a short tag (limit of 40 characters). This acts as a high-level secondary heading and will be displayed as an overlay on the top right of the image. If left blank, the tag element will not display. |
| Image | Use the asset picker to link to the image you would like to use. This field is required and if left empty the slide will not be displayed. To maintain site performance, please use feature box dimensions: 690 x 435px |
| Video | Enter a YouTube video ID (for example the letters and numbers in bold https://youtu.be/RQHJ9hSjTWA). This will display a play button on top of the image and upon click, will prompt the video modal to appear. Note: Each card in the carousel has a single interaction. If you enter a video ID it will override the link if set. |
