Diagnostic Review Assessment
This assessment determines whether a child has made academic progress following targeted intervention.
What’s included:
- One parent interview to review intervention history and any changes since previous assessment
- One assessment session with your child reviewing progress in academic areas of concern
- One parent feedback session to discuss findings, diagnosis (if applicable) and next steps
- A brief written report with summary of findings and recommendations.
Who is this for?
Children who have previously completed a comprehensive cognitive and academic assessment and have since participated in targeted intervention. This assessment is focused on monitoring progress in a specific area of learning. This assessment can lead to a diagnosis of a Specific Learning Disorder if criteria are met.
Cost
- $200 for the assessment package
- $150 for the assessment package (for health care holders)
