Diagnostic Review Assessment

This assessment determines whether a child has made academic progress following targeted intervention.

What’s included:

  • One parent interview to review intervention history and any changes since previous assessment
  • One assessment session with your child reviewing progress in academic areas of concern
  • One parent feedback session to discuss findings, diagnosis (if applicable) and next steps
  • A brief written report with summary of findings and recommendations.

Who is this for?

Children who have previously completed a comprehensive cognitive and academic assessment and have since participated in targeted intervention. This assessment is focused on monitoring progress in a specific area of learning. This assessment can lead to a diagnosis of a Specific Learning Disorder if criteria are met.

Cost

  • $200 for the assessment package
  • $150 for the assessment package (for health care holders)
