One-Off Parent Session: Understanding and Supporting your Child’s Learning

This one-off consultation session offers parents the opportunity to talk through concerns about their child’s learning with a provisional psychologist. It’s a space to explore your child’s learning profile—including both strengths and challenges—and to discuss the most helpful next steps.

Together, we can consider whether further assessment may be beneficial, how to approach conversations with your child’s school, and practical ways to support learning at home. The session will also introduce evidence-based strategies that can make a meaningful difference in your child’s educational journey.

Parents of children who are showing signs of learning difficulties and are unsure about what to do next—whether that involves seeking school support, requesting further assessment, or trying new strategies at home.

  • $70 for a 50 minute session
  • $50 for a 50 minute session (for health care holders)
