Short-Term Counselling

(4–6 sessions; 50 minutes each)

These sessions offer a supportive space for children and young people to work through emotional or social challenges.

Common areas of focus include:

  • Anxiety, low mood, or worry
  • Friendship difficulties
  • Self-esteem and confidence
  • Emotional regulation
  • School-related stress or transitions

Sessions are child-centred and use developmentally appropriate and evidence based approaches such as talking, play, or creative strategies. Parents may be involved as needed to support progress.

Cost

  • $70 for a 50 minute session
  • $50 for a 50 minute session (for health care holders)
