Monash Law’s CLARS releases 2026 edition of CLARS Highlights magazine
The Centre for Commercial Law and Regulatory Studies (CLARS) at Monash Law is pleased to announce the publication of the 2026 edition of CLARS Highlights.
The second edition of this publication showcases the latest research outputs, academic initiatives, and engagements across commercial law and regulatory studies.
The publication reflects the centre’s focus on international collaboration, detailing activities across Monash University’s global network, including the Prato campus in Italy and Monash University Malaysia.
Featured on the cover is a night view of Kuala Lumpur, representing CLARS’s continued research ties in Southeast Asia.
CLARS extends its sincere gratitude to all who contributed to the centre’s achievements over the past year, including visiting scholars, academic partners, and Monash Law students.
