AskPCOS app

Polycystic ovary syndrome (PCOS) affects about one in seven women in their child-bearing years, but women consistently find it difficult to get a clear diagnosis, good management and information.

AskPCOS is an app developed by Monash Medicine, Nursing & Health Sciences and the faculty of IT, providing women and girls who currently have or may have PCOS with an evidence-based self-diagnostic quiz, easy to understand information, a symptoms tracker and more.

By providing the best available information about PCOS on an easy-to-use Apple and Google app, AskPCOS aims to bridge the knowledge gap and empower women to have greater control and understanding of the condition.

The app is recognised as one of the world’s top 10 apps most likely to change the lives of girls and women.
