R U OK? Day

Thursday 10 September

About R U OK? Day

R U OK? Day is our national day of action. It’s dedicated to reminding everyone that any day is the day to ask “Are you okay?”.

During COVID-19, stress, isolation, and anxiety are proving to be the most urgent mental health issues in our community, so now, more than ever, we need to check in on friends and colleagues.

Events

This year, we encourage you to bring your friends or colleagues together for a digital event. Your event can be open to others to join in or private – the choice is yours!

If you’re looking to join an event, look for the open events. There will be plenty to join!

You’ll need to register your event before 29 August.
