RU OK? Day

R U OK? Day on Thursday 12 September, is a national day of action dedicated to inspire all Australians to ask family, friends and colleagues, ‘Are you ok?’ By regularly reaching out to one another and having open and honest conversations, we can all help build a more connected community and reduce our country’s high suicide rate.

We encourage you to decorate your spaces using the printable posters and bunting below. We will not be providing balloons this year.

  • Event slide pack – this slide pack aims to help you foster positive conversations around mental health at your events. Where possible, we encourage you to download and play to your attendees. The pack also includes the three videos which form the core part of our campaign. You can tailor this pack to your audience by simply deleting the slides (All Students, Staff or International Students)
