Our Partnership

Health and vitality of international students is the focus of the partnership between Monash and Allianz Care Australia.

This new partnership is set to optimise the mental health and wellbeing of international students undertaking their studies in Australia.

The partnership, which includes a financial contribution from Allianz Care Australia, and led by researchers from the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health, has developed the current Thrive International website as a digital ‘one-stop-shop’ of mental health and wellbeing resources available to Monash students.

We are also developing a digital smartphone-based app ‘Thrive’ that will be a toolbox rich in features and capable of providing ‘on the spot’ help and data visualisation to help students reach their mental health goals.

These two initiatives are specifically designed with and for Monash international students and are constantly evolving to meet the needs of our international students as they endeavor through their journey with Monash.

You can get involved in the development of these digital tools by contacting us through thrive@monash.edu.

You can learn more about our team from both Monash and Allianz Care Australia through our meet the team page.

More information about Allianz Care Australia and their resources available to support international student wellbeing and health is on their website.
