Elise R. Facer-Childs Lab home
Welcome to the Elise R. Facer-Childs Laboratory.
Our aim is to increase the understanding of sleep and chronobiology in the real world, with a focus on elite athletes, exercise, recovery, health and performance. We work with industry partners and elite sporting organisations to directly translate our research into tangible benefit. This is a niche area at Monash University that integrates psychology, sport science and industry engagement.
The Lab is led by Dr Elise R. Facer-Childs
We are part of the School of Psychological Sciences and a member of the Sleep and Circadian Rhythms Program in the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health.
