Seminars
Seminars
At the Monash Bioethics Centre, we host a dynamic series of seminars designed to engage, inform, and inspire thought leadership in the fields of healthcare, science, and innovation.
Our seminars bring together experts, scholars, practitioners, and students to discuss the ethical, social, and regulatory challenges that shape our world. These seminars explore a wide range of topics, from cutting-edge medical and social science research to the implications of emerging technologies and innovations. By fostering interdisciplinary dialogue, we aim to contribute to the development of ethical frameworks that support informed decision-making, equitable practices, and public trust in science and healthcare.
Seminar Format
Our seminars are free to join and most commonly offered through Zoom. Some sessions are available in a hybrid format, hosted at the Monash Bioethics Centre located on the Monash University Clayton Campus.
Attending Seminars
Our seminars are open to a broad audience, including researchers, healthcare professionals, policymakers, ethicists, and students with an interest in bioethics, public health, and the ethical dimensions of scientific innovation. Whether you are looking to deepen your understanding of bioethical issues or contribute your perspective, our seminars provide an opportunity for meaningful discussions that shape the future of ethical practices in science and healthcare. Check our website and social media for information on upcoming seminars, registration details, and highlights from past events.
