Gender and Sexuality
Gender and sexuality examines the legal framework and protections related to gender identity, gender expression, sexual orientation, and the rights of individuals who identify as LGBTQIA+ (Lesbian, Gay, Bisexual, Transgender, Queer, Intersex, Asexual, and other identities not explicitly listed). It focuses on ensuring that individuals of all gender identities and sexual orientations enjoy the same human rights and freedoms as cisgender and heterosexual individuals.
