The subscription charge is valid for 12 months, and each user who performs scanning is required to hold a subscription. There is no pro-rata pricing available. Users may upgrade to a higher subscription tier at any time by paying only the difference between their current tier and the new tier.

If cancellations exceed 25% of total bookings, a flat 50% cancellation fee will apply.
