Welcome to the Jackson Lab
Our team is interested in examining the impact of sleep disturbance and clinical sleep disorders on cognition, brain health and mental health. We take an interdisciplinary approach, sitting at the intersection of psychology, neuroscience and clinical sleep medicine. Our research aims to better understand and treat sleep disorders to improve cognitive and brain health, well-being and quality of life as we age.
The Lab is led by Associate Professor Melinda Jackson
We are part of the School of Psychological Sciences and a member of the Sleep and Circadian Rhythms Research Program in the Turner Institute for Brain and Mental Health
