Dr Jaekyung Roh (University of Melbourne/Monash University) was voted Best Paper at the 2025 KSAA Conference in Canberra for her paper titled “Isolation and Struggle to Belong: Older Korean-Australian Migrants’ Managing Emotions through Homeland Digital Media.”
Jacky Watt (Monash University) was awarded Best Student Paper for her work titled “Exploring the Impacts of South Korean Entertainment Media on the Gender Attitudes of Australian Audiences.”
