Netlytic

  • Netlytic is tool that can be used to automatically summarise and visualise public online conversations on social media sites, including Twitter, YouTube and Reddit. It does so by accessing various social media platform APIs.
  • There are no accessibility requirements for Netlytic because it is accessed via a web browser.
  • Netlytic requires no prerequisite knowledge to operate and is intuitive and user friendly.
  • Netlytic operates on a multi-tier subscription model. The first two tiers are free and both have caps on the amount of datasets a user can create, and the number of data points in each dataset. The third tier requires a subscription fee and, while still having caps, supports significantly more datasets, of a significantly larger size.
  • Netlytic allows users to collect tweets from Twitter, comments from YouTube and posts from Reddit and conduct text analysis (exploring keywords and topics) and social network analysis.
  • Netlytic is currently functional.
