Objective: To ensure a consistent and effective approach to the management of information security incidents, including communication on security events and weaknesses

• Defined and operational cyber security incident response plan (aligned with industry best practice frameworks) in place with associated specialised incident response tools
• Facilitated security incident training scenarios and events. Cyber security incident response processes are integrated with operational IT incident management, University enterprise data privacy, legal and communication processes
