Lab Director: Dr. Yunlong Tang
Yunlong is the director of I-DMD lab. His research focus is manufacturing information technologies for the integration of design, manufacturing processes; particularly the design methods for additive manufacturing and smart manufacturing techniques. He has previously worked at the Digital Manufacturing and Design Center (DManD) at the Singapore University of Technology and Design (SUTD). He obtained his PhD in Mechanical Engineering at McGill University.
