Registration for the Conference is now open! Click the button below to secure your place.
Early bird registration closes on 31 October 2025. Don’t miss your chance to register at a discounted rate! By completing either Full Registration or Student Registration, you will gain access to all events, except for the short courses and VTC site visit on Wednesday, which require separate registration.
UIDC and TUST 40 Years (19-20 January, Monday & Tuesday):
Full and Student registrations include access to both UIDC2026 and TUST40 events. If you are attending these two events in-person only (not registering for the full conference), please purchase individual tickets to help us organise catering (refreshments and lunch).
EA and ATS Endorsed Short Courses (21 January, Wednesday):
The short courses and VTC site visit are not included in Full or Student Registration and must be purchased separately for attendance.

Please note: All registration fees are listed in Australian Dollars (AUD$) and are inclusive of 10% GST.

Cancellation and Attendee Subsitution Policy
If a participant is unable to attend the conference, a refund request must be submitted in writing to the Organizing Committee.The registration fee (excluding tax) may be refundable, the 10% GST component may not be refundable due to Australian taxation regulations.Refunds will be processed to the original payment method after the request has been reviewed and approved.
Attendee substitutions may be made at any time before the start of the event without any penalty.
Cancellations received on or before 31 October 2025 (Early Bird closing date):
90% refund of the registration fee will be issued.
Cancellations received on or before 31 December 2025:
50% refund of the registration fee will be issued.
Cancellations received after 31 December 2025:
No refund will be issued.
