Awards and Benchmark
A core objective of UIDC 2026 is to establish open benchmark datasets and reproducible methodologies that support future research, education, and industry innovation. By participating, you contribute to building a shared digital foundation for analysing and improving underground infrastructure performance.
Participants will have the opportunity to demonstrate their expertise in digital modelling, data analytics, and sustainable engineering. Outstanding submissions will be recognised through awards, presentation opportunities, and potential publication in special issues of leading academic journals.

- Sustainability Impact Award – For significant contribution to decarbonisation

- Selected teams will be invited to publish their benchmark datasets and methodologies, subject to mutual agreement and peer-review procedures.
