Greg Holden from Lion Dairy and Drinks, gave a background presentation on the company history of Lion and its prominence through its brands. Topics covered included confidentiality and the key to IP value.

IP from Monash University perspective

Bradley Urban, Lead Senior Lawyer, Monash University – presented on Student Intellectual Property, different types of IP -Copyright: Patent: Trademarks, Confidential Information / Trade Secrets: New Plant Varieties, Circuit Layout Rights. Bradley covered the Monash legislation and gave examples of case studies.
