R & D End to End Workshop

Attended by the GRIP Cohort together with staff from Burra Foods

  • Elisha Kelly from the Food Innovation Centre, took the students on a product development journey with creating their own product “Marvellous Creations” to understand what a R&D role encompasses in a food company (or in the real world)
  • Understand how the skills you have been taught at University translate in an organisation
  • Understand the skills that you don’t necessarily get taught at University but are important in an organisation
  • Have fun and eat some chocolate along the way
