Transformational Leadership Program with Linda Betts

This is the second leadership workshop we have commissioned with Linda Betts, this time focussing on leadership and change paradigms: Leading in uncertain and complex environments.

Her workshop style is interactive where the students have to demonstrate skills practise after each module.

Our GRIP Director Prof Cordelia Selomulya spoke of her career journey and challenges. As a bonus session students practised their “elevator pitch” describing their PhD projects.
