Indigenous Graduate Program
Start you career with confidence through Yurranga Barring Duliin, Monash University's Indigenous Graduate Program.
Designed for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander graduates, this 12-month program provides a culturally grounded pathway into Australia's largest and most internationalised university. Guided by Indigenous ways of knowing, being and doing, the program supports you to develop professional capabilities while staying connected to your culture, values, and aspirations.
Through structured development, leadership opportunities, dedicated support, and connections with Indigenous and non-Indigenous leaders, you'll build the skills, confidence and networks to succeed. The program also includes a unique international networking experience.
More than a graduate program, it's an opportunity to grow as a leader, contribute to your community, and help shape Indigenous excellence at Monash and beyond.
