Make your way to Clayton campus on 22 July, from 4pm to 7pm, to attend the celebration and welcome for all undergraduate students to Monash University. The event will feature interactive activities, food trucks and entertainment.
This is your chance to celebrate the start of your time at Monash University. There will be amazing music and fun activities. All free! Get to know your peers, make enduring memories and cement friendships that have already formed.
All attendees will receive a food token on arrival at the check-in point for the event. This can be redeemed at one of the food trucks, until sold out. Food can be purchased on campus in addition to the free food offered.
No, alcohol won't be served at this event. There will be non-alcoholic beverage options available including free water.
Yes, you must register through the O-Planner. You will have to check-in at the event upon arrival and collect your food token. Tickets are limited so register early to secure your spot.
No. As there is no alcohol served, we won’t need to confirm IDs.
No, this event is for new Monash University students only.
To plan your travel to and from Clayton Campus, please visit the Getting to Monash website.
Regular campus shuttle buses will be operating to get all students to Clayton campus. All Monash students can use the free shuttle buses to travel between campuses by scanning their M-Pass ID upon boarding.
