About the workshop
This biennial workshop is the sister meeting of the popular Whistler Workshop on Brain Functional Organization, Connectivity, and Behavior. The workshop brings together a focused group of people from around the world who are interested in ground-breaking research in brain imaging and systems neuroscience.
The 2026 meeting will be held on Feb 23-26, 2026 at Peppers Noosa Resort.
Guests will have full access to the resort pool, gym, and spa facilities, as well as complimentary wifi. Further details can be found at the resort’s website.

About Noosa
Noosa is a small, picturesque coastal town located a little under 2 hours drive north of Brisbane, the capital city of Queensland, Australia.
Situated on the idyllic Sunshine Coast, Noosa offers ample opportunities for swimming, surfing, boating, scenic hikes, and many other summer activities. Its subtropical climate is characterized by consistently warm temperatures throughout the year.

Getting to Noosa
For delegates arriving from outside Australia, the easiest way to get to Noosa is to fly to Brisbane airport. From there, you can hire a shuttle bus. A return fare should be around $160 AUD. The journey from the airport to Peppers should take around 2 hours.
An alternative option is to take a coach, which will drop you off near the Noosa Centre. You can then catch a taxi or walk (around 10 mins) to Peppers Resort.
If you choose to hire your own car, we recommend contacting Peppers Resort about parking availability.
For delegates arriving from within Australia, the simplest option is to fly directly to Sunshine Coast Airport (MCY) in Maroochydore, which is about 30 km from Noosa. From there, it is approximately 30 minutes by taxi to Noosa and a one-way fare should cost around $100.

We will organize daily surf lessons for conference delegates. You can indicate your interest when registering for the conference .

Registration is still open!
The deadline for registration packages including accomodation is now closed, but you are still able to register at a commuter rate, which includes registration, welcome reception, and conference dinner.
You are free to arrange your own accomodation with Peppers Resort or elsewhere.
